MEANING

To shave, cut hair.

Example of use

1.     -Beya umwefu, MEANING:  Toshave.

2.      -Beya umushishi, MEANING:  To cut hair.

3.     -Beya nsunsu, MEANING:  To hair leaving a large tuft in front.

4.     -Beya cipandwa lubali, or cisesu (fisesu), MEANING:   To shave one side of the head.

5.     -Beya cisumpa, MEANING:  To cut the hair, leaving a tuft just above the forehead.

6.     -Beya luboola or patapata or kapatapata, MEANING:  To shave a line from forehead to the nape

7.     -Beya lukulungo (nkulungo) or lukusu or mumpala, MEANING:  To shave the whole head

11.  -Beya myandilila, MEANING:   To shave superfluous hair on the cheeks or forehead.

12.  –Beya sunte, MEANING:   To shave, leaving a tuft above the nape.

13.  -Beya maso, MEANING: To shave the private parts.
