 To spear or to kill an animal which hasalready been wounded or trapped by another man.

Example of use

1.     Auma impombo umupini ati, fumbu!MEANING: He hit the wounded duiker with the handle of his axe, saying: ‘fumbu!’

2.     Fumbula inama kunkalamo,MEANING:To steal from a lion its kill.

3.     Fumbula uboowa,MEANING: To cry out ‘fumbu!’ inanswer to one’s companions “yande boowa!”This gives a right to share the mushroom with the one who found it in the bush.
